The Battelle-Darby Creek Metro Park is a great park to take your pup for some awesome trail walking and off-leash fun. The park was especially made for dogs and the city even packed the ground to make walking on it safer. Walnut Woods Metro Park is a lovely dog park to take your pup to for a fun adventure. The park is separated for large and small breeds, with 3-acres for big dogs and 1-acre for the smaller dogs. The park is covered with shade from the trees, and there is even a separate fenced in area that includes a pond for your dogs to splash around in. The park has paved trails for you to walk on with your dog, and provides an agility course for the dogs to run around on. They also have picnic tables underneath a gazebo, and a water fountain for the dogs to stay hydrated.

West Jefferson
